Shante Fluker

Shante Fluker serves as the Executive Director of Eagles Landing Christian Counseling Center (ELCCC), where she provides strategic leadership for one of Georgia’s longest-standing Christian counseling organizations. With a unique blend of executive leadership, clinical expertise, and ministry experience, she is committed to expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services while advancing ELCCC’s mission of connecting wounded people to God’s healing grace.

Shante holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Capella University she is a Board Certified Christian CounselorPastoral Counselor and ordained minister. Shante is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University, further strengthening her integration of faith, leadership, and clinical practice.

Prior to her leadership role at ELCCC, Shante built an extensive career in corporate leadership and customer relations with Georgia Power, where she provided executive-level customer support, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.

Her experience included serving as a liaison between customers, community leaders, government agencies, and corporate leadership while helping resolve complex and sensitive issues. This background equipped her with expertise in strategic communication, organizational leadership, crisis management, team development, and high-level problem-solving.

Throughout her professional career, Shante has counseled and supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace challenges, and relationship concerns.

Her leadership philosophy combines clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, servant leadership, and compassionate care.

As Executive Director, Shante oversees organizational operations, community partnerships, program development, fundraising initiatives, staff leadership, and strategic growth efforts. Under her leadership, the organization continues to strengthen its impact throughout Georgia by providing professional counseling services, trauma-informed care, psychological testing, psychiatric services, and community-based mental health programs.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Shante has been married for more than 34 years and is the proud mother of seven children. Her personal experiences as a wife, mother, ministry leader, and counselor provide valuable perspective and insight into the challenges families face across generations. These experiences further fuel her passion for helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive.

Shante’s vision is to see individuals, families, churches, schools, and communities break generational cycles of trauma and experience lasting emotional, relational, and spiritual healing. She remains dedicated to leading with integrity, excellence, compassion, and faith while building sustainable systems that allow ELCCC to serve future generations.
