Kara Clark

Kara Clark is a Post-Master’s Level Counseling Intern who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently working toward licensure in the state of Georgia and practices under the direct supervision of Christyn Walker, MA, LPC, CPCS. Kara specializes in supporting teens (ages 14+) and adults as they navigate trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and communication challenges. She is trained in the 12STR structured trauma model, which provides a structured approach to help clients safely process and heal from past trauma. Kara is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative counseling environment where clients can build resilience and move toward meaningful growth. She offers both virtual and in-person sessions in Forsyth and McDonough by appointment and provides services on a sliding-scale fee basis.
